Welcome Home! Dogwood Gardens Senior Living, located in Eastman, GA, is licensed by the State of Georgia as a Personal Care Home for up to 24 residents.
We Believe that our residents are best served when they can age-in a safe and caring environment. Our goal is a comfortable, clean and homelike facility where the residents have the freedom to safely move about while under the supervision of well-trained caregivers that are able to assist as needed.

Each of our resident rooms has a private bath and private patio. Our 24/7 staff are all certified in First Aid/ CPR, have had satisfactory background checks, and have been certified as Proxy Caregivers for medication assistance and administration. Over 90% of our staff are certified in Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care. Our southern style meals are prepared as directed by your physician-ordered diet.
